Cancellation Policy

1. Non-Refundable Deposit: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The deposit amount will be $100, and it is deducted from the total session fee. This deposit ensures that your session date is reserved exclusively for you. 2. Late Fee: A late fee of $15 will be applied for any sessions that begin more than 15 minutes past the scheduled time. If you are running late, please inform us as soon as possible to avoid any disruptions. 3. Session Time: Please arrive on time for your scheduled session to ensure that we can maximize our time together. If you arrive more than 30 minutes late without prior notice, the session may be canceled, and you may forfeit your deposit. 4. Payment: Full payment is due on the day of the session unless otherwise arranged. We accept Zelle, Cash App, Debit, Credit and Cash. 5. Cancellations & Rescheduling: If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance to avoid losing your deposit. Rescheduling may be subject to availability. 6. Copyright & Usage: The photographer retains copyright of all images taken during the session. Clients are granted personal use rights and may use images for personal or social media purposes. Any commercial use must be discussed and agreed upon in advance.
